Santiago Canyon won the tourney with an even-par 360 at Soboda Springs GC. The Vaqueros were second with a season-low 376, followed by WSC rival Ventura (385), Cypress (386), Canyons (387) and Orange Coast (388).

SBCC freshman Felix Mory fired a 1-under 71 to tie for sixth and Jackie Chan shot 73 for 10th place. Nick Rae and Blake McPherson (playing in his first match) carded 76s. Santa Barbara is 30-5-1 on the season.

"Overall, it was a pretty darn good outing against the best teams in Southern Cal," said SBCC coach Chuck Melendez. "This was a challenging course and a good measuring stick for us. We have a long ways to go and I think we'll keep getting better and better."
