Scott Santella

Scott Santella enters his third season as head coach for the SBCC Men's and Women's Track & Field teams.

The 2018 Vaquero women took fifth in the WSC and 11th in the State with just four athletes performing. Marie Kimumba was 3rd in the 400 and 4th in the 200 in the State meet at Bakersfield College. Alana Ochoa took fourth in the discus.

Scott received his Bachelor's degree from Westmont College in Kinesiology. While at Westmont, he worked with the Santa Barbara Track Club under Josh Priester and had the opportunity to work with Olympic athletes. He received his Graduate degree from Concordia University of Irvine in Coaching and Athletic Administration and has a CSCS from the NSCA.
