Stella Dulay poured in 19 points on Saturday night and SBCC rallied to win a women's basketball game of streaks at Moorpark, 63-61.

Alyssa Cosio had 10 points and nine rebounds for the Vaqueros (9-14, 4-4 WSC North), who won their fourth straight game. Mizhrua Bautista added 10 as the Vaquero bench contributed 27 points and really helped out after three starters fouled out.

The Vaqueros used a 19-5 burst to take a 30-19 lead at halftime. After stretching the margin to 14, the Raiders (14-10, 6-3) reeled off 21 unanswered points to go back on top, 40-33.

SBCC was down by eight (50-42) with seven minutes to play, then ended on a 21-11 run.

"Seven points is nothing in basketball," said coach Sandrine Krul. "We never lost confidence and just kept pushing the ball. Our press and free throws got us going down the stretch.

"This was a great, great win."

Andrea Morales fouled out with 12:30 to play and her sister Darla Morales followed at the 8:45 mark. Dulay, a freshman left-hander from Pioneer Valley in Santa Maria, got her fifth foul with 1:47 to go after hitting a 3-pointer and two free throws to tie it at 55.

Trailing 60-57 with under a minute to play, Cosio made an old-fashioned three-point play to forge a tie at the 43-second mark. Bautista put the visitors ahead to stay (62-60) with 0:17 on the clock by hitting a runner on an assist from Victoria Jackson.

Both teams shot around 42 percent. The Vaqueros hit 5-14 from 3-point range, including two by Renteria, while the Raiders were 1-5.

The Vaqueros play at second-place Cuesta on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
