SANTA BARBARA, CA – For the second time in three weeks, SBCC football has taken home SCFA Player of the Week honors, as defensive back Terrance Biser-Coleman has been recognized for his Co-Special Teams/All-Purpose contributions following SBCC's record-breaking 86-0 win over LA Southwest.

When the special teams units were out this past Saturday, the Marin City, CA native was the fastest player on the field. Fielding just one punt and one kickoff against the Cougars, he would accumulate 137 return yards and find the end zone twice.

In the second quarter, he let a punt bounce in midfield all the way back to the home 35-yard line. Before it came to a complete stop, he swooped it up and caught the defense sleeping, getting some key blocks and bursting down the sideline 65 yards to paydirt.

On the opening kickoff of the second half, Biser-Coleman caught it at the 28 and started a move towards his right, drawing the defense into the middle of the field. He then escaped back to his left and flew untouched down the same sideline as his earlier punt return to put SBCC up 57-0.

Biser-Coleman now has three return touchdowns this season on three attempts, averaging 82 yards per kickoff and 65 yards per punt return. As a team, SBCC ranks sixth in the SCFA in both kickoff return (26.0) and punt return average (17.7).
