VENTURA – The SBCC men's tennis team was defeated by Ventura on Tuesday for the second time this season by a final score of 9-0.
Taylor Kleine and Kyosuke Kiuchi put up a fight on doubles court No. 1, but fell short 8-7. In singles, Lucas Pollero won the most sets of any Vaquero, but fell 6-4, 6-4.
It was the sixth sweep of the year for the Pirates, who clinched a share of the WSC title with the win.
