• Began her year tying fifth overall at SB GC with an 82 in WSC #1

• Finished sixth in the WSC individual standings, averaging a score of 87.60 on her way to an All-WSC selection

MOORPARK COLLEGE

• Prior to coming to SBCC, attended Moorpark College where she was on the Dean's List for both semesters

HIGH SCHOOL

• Attended Thousand Oaks High School her first three years
• As a senior, went to Century Academy in Thousand Oaks, Calif.
• Graduated in 2020 as a letterwinner in golf
• Captained her national championships volleyball team to a second place finish and was captain of her high school team
• Also competed in softball
• Volunteered at Shelter Hope Pet Shop and with fundraising events for her school sports
• Was a teacher's assistant, and was given multiple written teacher recommendations for her future endeavors
• Survived high school cyberbullying and on campus bullying before transferring to Century Academy for independent study during her senior year and still playing for the Thousand Oaks varsity golf team

PERSONAL

• Plans to major in Communications Studies
• Associate's in Arts for transfer May 14, 2022
• Earned President's Honor Roll for Fall 2021 with a 4.0 GPA
• Had a 3.5 GPA each semester at SBCC while competing in 2021 women's golf
• Related to John Libby, who had a full ride football scholarship to Nevada Reno where he was an All-American linebacker
• Also related to Gina Libby, who had a full ride volleybal scholarship as a setter at Nevada Reno
• Was diagnosed with scoliosis when she was 12 years old. Until she was 15, she had to wear a hard plastic scoliosis brace 18-22 hours a day in order to prevent her spine from curving more during her growth spurt, with the only exception being when she played a wide variety of sports. Unfortunately, the brace was ineffective because she has a "stiff curve" and she has lived with chronic back pain since she was 16 years old. She had to quit all other sports except golf, which is the only one where the back pain is manageable. She has had to do physical therapy for years after a childhood filled with MRI’s, X-rays and doctor’s visits about her future spinal fusion. With all of that, she was able to manage a high GPA in school, competitive travel, club and school sports, the same job since she was 16, and is grateful to have family and friends that fulfill her life.
