Kate Zeile and Callie Tzab were selected to the All-WSC Second Team as representatives of SBCC Women's Tennis.
Zeile made the team as a singles player, while Tzab and Zeile made it together as a doubles team.
In the WSC Tournament, the pair were just a few points away from playing in the conference final. After dominating 8-3 and 8-1 in the round of 16 and quarterfinals, they fell 7-6 (7-5), 7-5 in the semifinals. In singles play, Tzab lost to eventual conference champion Mane Sargsyan in the semifinals, while Zeile fell in the round of 16.
At the Ojai 122nd Annual Tennis Tournament—doubling as the State Championship—Tzab was one of the top 16 participants on the singles side. In doubles, the duo similarly advanced to the round of 16 before a close loss in the superbreaker ended their run.
