Daniel Buratto

Coach Buratto enters his 4th year as pitching coach at SBCC. The pitching staff has had a lot of success in the last two seasons (no season in 2021) posting the 10th lowest ERA in the state
in 2022 and 2nd in the state last season. Last year's pitching staff also included the Conference Pitcher of the Year in Aidan Garza. 5 pitchers ended up transferring to D1 schools from the 2023 staff and 3 from the 2022 staff.

Buratto also has 2 years of summer ball coaching experience. In 2021, he spent the summer with the Ridgefield Raptors in the West Coast League. He helped the Raptors make to their first playoff appearance since joining the league. 7 players from that team were drafted by a MLB organization. In 2022, he spent the summer with the Fond Du Lac Dock Spiders in the Northwoods league. 4 players from that team have been drafted by a MLB organization.

During his playing career, Buratto spent 3 years at SBCC before transferring to Bowling Green State University to finish his last 2 years and graduate in 2019.
