SBCC's Jacob Shultz has been named American Division Defensive Player of the Week by the Southern California Football Association.
The award used to be for each league but the weekly honors (Offensive POW, Defensive POW, Special Teams/All Purpose POW) are now only given to three players in the National Division (3 leagues, 18 teams) and three in the American Division (3 leagues, 19 teams).
