MOORPARK, Calif. – The Vaqueros threw everything they had at No. 22 Moorpark College on Saturday night but fell short in a 75-66 loss.

Santa Barbara outrebounded the Raiders 45-38 and assisted on 19 field goals compared to Moorpark's 15.

However, it wasn't enough, as the Vaqueros dropped to 7-16 on the season and remain in search of their first conference win.

James Reach scored at least 20 points for the third time in five games to lead Santa Barbara. He also collected six rebounds, three assists and a block.

Will Pace added 15 points, six rebounds and two assists. Joe Ursich and Ramon Cota each contributed 11 points off the bench. Nick Tjaden handed out 11 assists and secured six rebounds.

The Vaqueros will look to respond Wednesday at Oxnard College.
