
SBCC won its second WSC road match in three days on Thursday, knocking off L.A. Pierce 7-2 in a men's tennis match at Woodland Hills.
Spencer Ekola, Diego Santos, Adolfo Ortega and Dim Dros all recorded singles victories and the Vaqueros swept the three doubles matches.
After dropping its first five matches, SBCC (3-5, 2-3) has won three in a row. The Brahmas fell to 2-3 and 0-2.
Emerson Sekban dropped a tight three-setter at No. 1 singles, 4-6, 6-4, 7-5.
SBCC is playing three matches in three days. The Vaqueros will host Saddleback (7-1) on Friday at 2 p.m. and Grossmont on Saturday at noon.
