He set school records going 6-for-6 on threes against No. 5 ranked Arkansas Baptist College and by recording the first triple-double in school history (2).
In 2016-17, he attended University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (HBCU). As a junior he started at point guard, averaging nine points, four rebounds, three assists, abnd two steals. On the road against Alabama A&M University and Alabama State University, he shot 17-of-30 (56.7%) from the three-point line in both games combined.
The following year, he would help make school history yet again, starting conference with a perfect 9-0 record. His team made it to the SWAC championship game held in Houston against Texas Southern University, falling one game short of the NCAA tournament and bringing his senior season to a end.

He decided to play ABA Professional Basketball in New Jersey in 2019, but the season was cut due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
