Santa Barbara City College's women's golf team finished second in a tournament at College of the Canyons on Monday, Sept. 16.
The tournament consisted of Allan Hancock College, Antelope Valley College, Bakersfield College, College of the Canyons, Moorpark College, Citrus College, and Santa Barbara City College.
The Vaqueros came in second with a total of 334 points, following behind Moorpark College who finished first with 313 points.
"We had another solid performance, considering it was very windy," Head Coach Devin Engebretsen said.
Annie Betts was the lowest scorer for the Vaqueros, and the second lowest score overall, with a score of 72. Mylie Pavelis came in second for SBCC with a score of 86.
The Vaqueros will play again on Monday, Sept. 23.
