Three SBCC athletes have been selected to the All-WSC North softball team. Shelby Featherston, Janet Salas and Paige Powell were honorable mention.
Featherston, a freshman outfielder/designated player from Lodi, hit .375 in WSC games and ranked sixth in RBIs (17) and seventh in slugging percentage (.667).
Salas, one of three sophomores on the team, is a center fielder/catcher from Dos Pueblos High. She hit .340 in 16 conference games and only struck out five times in 47 at-bats.
Powell is a freshman pitcher from San Marcos High. The left-hander started 29 of 34 games and had 19 complete games. She also hit .323 in conference and a team-high .348 for the season.
