Bio

High School: Attended Cabrillo High where she played water polo and was on the swim team. Two-year letter winner and scholar athlete for the varsity water polo team. Received All-CIF first team honors in her division as well as first-team All-Los Padres League. Made it to CIF semifinals in senior year. Won league championship for swim and water polo four years in a row.

Personal: Lili Talkin was born on August 15, 1997. She grew up in Lompoc Calif. She started playing water polo in freshman year of high school. After two years, she plans to transfer to a four-year school. She loves playing water polo and having fun with all her teammates.

Richards, Roth earn top honors from WSC

SBCC received top honors from the Western State Conference as goalie Mackenzie Richards was named Player of the Year in women’s water polo for the 2015 fall season and Chuckie Roth was the Coach of the Year.

Carr scores 7 times in 10-5 Regional win

Kendra Carr tossed in a season-high seven goals on Thursday, leading SBCC to a 10-5 women’s water polo win over Palomar in the first round of the Southern Cal Regional at Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut.

Vaqueros scare up three wins in Halloween Tournament

SBCC built halftime leads in all three women’s water polo games on Saturday in its Halloween Tournament at Santa Barbara High. The Vaqueros led Hancock 9-3 at the half and went on to capture the WSC morning contest 14-4.

Vaqueros blank Corsairs 14-0 in home opener

Addison Seale collected five goals and three steals on Wednesday, leading SBCC to a 14-0 shutout of Santa Monica in the Vaqueros’ women’s water polo home opener at San Marcos High.
