McNamee, Salas guide Vaqueros to Bash at the Beach title

Throw the ball, catch the ball, hit the ball. The pitchers and catcher got it done for SBCC on Sunday as the Vaqueros posted a pair of shutouts to claim the title in their Bash at the Beach softball tournament at Pershing Park. Santa Barbara blanked Saddleback 8-0 in six innings and beat Fullerton 2-0 in the championship game.

SBCC rallies for 5-4 win to go 2-0 in Bash at the Beach

SBCC scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth on Saturday to rally past Orange Coast 5-4 and complete a 2-0 afternoon on Day 1 of the Bash at the Beach softball tournament at Pershing Park.
